Book Recommendation: Triple Crown Leadership
With all the noise going on now in Washington DC and their ethics problems, it great to know we can turn to an award winning book, Triple Crown Leadership. Bob and Gregg Vanourek have done a masterful job with their book. Triple Crown Leadership provides compelling leadership practices for building organizations that are excellent (achieve exceptional performance), ethical (do the right thing), and enduring (stand the test of time).
A testament to the work of Bob and Gregg comes from the late Stephen R Covey and Stephen M. R. Covey.
“A rare combination of deep insight and helpful research, and an important book. Relevant and timely. Smart and helpful guidance for leaders about today’s pressing problems.”
—Stephen R. Covey and Stephen M. R. Covey, bestselling authors and father and son (from the Foreword)
Leadership development is an ongoing process for the most seasoned leaders and those just beginning the journey. What I found really brought this book to life was the extensive research the Vanourek’s completed with scores of leaders from all walks of life. National Seminars Training has always valued the collective knowledge of our seminar participants. Kudos to Bob and Gregg for putting in the hard work to help us all benefit successful and ethical leadership practices!
Enjoy the book and let’s hope their efforts help us all to reach for excellence and endurance.
