Customer Service Week Comes to NatSem!
Happy International Customer Service Week!

National Seminars Training associates celebrate International Customer Service Week every year and this year our “Kick Off” included a Continental Breakfast and our popular, All-Company Cakewalk. Employees from all departments donated cakes, pies, cupcakes & cookies for the event. Everyone was “United” to make sure the event was a success and it was a great way to “kick off” Customer Service Week. Everyone at NST is committed to think about the customer first and to be customer centered.
In 1988, The International Customer Service Association (ICSA) established International Customer Service Week as an opportunity for businesses to recognize and reward their service professionals. Working with President George H. Bush in 1991, the ICSA established National Customer Service Week to be the first week of every October.
United Through Service
The International Customer Service Association (ICSA) created Customer service week as a means of increasing awareness of the vital role that customer service plays in the success of the business or organization. This year the official theme is “United through Service”.
